Crawford Reservoir, which has good fishing for trout, perch, and pike, is less than ten minutes away, and Crystal Creek has good small-stream trout fishing only a couple of miles from the property.


HORSE PASTURE

The fields are planted in smooth brome and mountain grasses, and produce good grass/alfalfa hay. The majority of the property is in pasture, with the remainder in sagebrush with a smattering of oak brush, pinyon, and juniper. This parcel will keep your horses happy while you’re in Colorado on your hunting trip or visiting for the summer.


WILDLIFE

Mule deer bucks love to lounge around on this parcel during the summer. This is excellent deer habitat. Elk travel through this parcel often.
