Pledge from Gary Hubbell

As a lifelong resident of western Colorado, I truly appreciate and treasure the place where I live, work, and raise my family. I want it to stay as beautiful, pristine, and peaceful as possible.

To that end, I will conduct my real estate business with the highest possible integrity. I will state unequivocally that my goal in real estate is to preserve as much land from development as possible. I realize that land will be subdivided and that people will build their dream homes, and I have built homes myself. Within moderation, I realize that this process is a “necessary evil”, and it must be accommodated to some extent.

However, if your goal in buying ranch real estate is to subdivide and develop property for monetary gain, then please look further and find another real estate agent.

If your goals include:

Keeping productive ranch and agricultural properties intact

Improving wildlife habitat

Maintaining a tradition of hunting and fishing on rural properties

Conserving properties in conservation easements

Raising animals for people to enjoy

Keeping western Colorado traditions and heritage alive…

Then call me. We’ll have a lot of fun working together. As a Colorado Realtor, I strongly believe in the Equal Opportunity Housing Act, which calls for non-discrimination on the basis of sex, race, creed, national origin, religion, and in certain Colorado communities, family status and sexual orientation.
